Dear Nisha ji,
I tried this recipe this weekend. It turned out well however i have got two doubts.
1/ jab maine chhena ko garam reduced milk mein milaya aur phir se heat kiya to
milk phat gaya. kya chhena ko thande doodh mein milate hein?
2/ Kalakand finally had a slightly sour taste. why i could not understand.
3/ Fot cooling I had kept it in refrigerator. was it the reason that it became hard

hi nishaji, i tried kalakand, all went well but in the end it did not get properly
settled, i mean it was bit loose, so i wasn't able to cut it into pieces..
can i use milk powder to solidify it faster n better?
n if yes, then when should i add milk powder?
your site is really cool, most of the dishes are really great.

Nisha ji I tried to make kalakhand aapka video dekhke but I used normal packet
wala milk and couldnt get much paneer.. I just got 2 tbps of paneer after
breaking and had to throw away the test as I added venigar.. Can u suggest
which milk should we use to get paneer.

and condensed milk se bani recipes bataye coz yaha condensed milk easily mil

Maine aaj ye banaya, lekin wo apne jaisa banaya waisa nai bana.. maine 500ml
doodh mawa ke liye liya aur 500ml chenna ke liye.. maine full fat milk liya tha..
lekin kalakand ka texture pura hi chenna jaisa tha.. jaise apka kalakand photo me
barfi jaisa dikh raha hai.. mera chote chote dano wala chena dikh raha hai.. aur
usko uthate hi wo tooth gaya.. binding nai hai usme.. maine kya galat kia?
aur jo kalakand bana usko color very light green go gaya..

My kalakand tasted perfect but its color got changed. It looked little greenish.
Why had that happened. Does overcooking changed the color?
