    CURE FOR SPELLS, CURSES AND ASTRAL ATTACK

    1. Touch the forehead with your hand and say "ATOH" (Thou art).

    2. Touch the mid-point of the breast and say "MALKUS" (the Kingdom).

    3. Touch the left shoulder and say "VE-GEDU-LAH" (and the Glory).

    4. Touch the right shoulder and say "VE-GEVURAH" (and the Power).

    5. Interlace your fingers and place your clasped hands on the breast, and say "LE-OLAHM AMEN"
    (forever, Amen).
