KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, ____________________________, a Filipino citizen, of legal age, single, and a
resident of ________________________________, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE
HUDNRED FORTY THOUSAND (P 140,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, paid in
hand and receipt of which in full being hereto acknowledged to my full and entire satisfaction by
and from __________________________, a Filipino citizen, of legal age, single and a resident of
________________________________, Philippines, by these presents, do hereby SELL,
CEDE TRANSFER and CONVEY absolutely and irrevocably, by way of Absolute Sale unto the
said ____________________________, her heirs, assigns, administrators, and executors, a
certain portion of a parcel of land which is hereunder described as follows:

of which property I am now the owner by virtue of intestate succession arising from the death of
my mother ________________________, the registered owner of the said property. The said
parcel of land is free from all liens and encumbrances of any kind whatsoever; It has NO
EXISTING PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS; that the provisions of Art. 1623 of the New Civil
Code had been fully complied with before the perfection of this conveyance.

The foregoing document relates to a DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, consisting of two (2)
pages including the page on which this acknowledgement is written, and has been signed at the
bottom of the first page and on the left hand margin of the second page by virtue by the parties
and witnessed by their instrumental witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal
