Ingredients :

2 tablespoons of shallots
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
1 -3 cloves of garlic
1 1 2 white rice

2 1 4 cups chicken broth or

:
First, slice the shallots and garlic then grind it until smooth
Second, Heat oil in a medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
Then, Add the shallots and garlic and cook until they start to brown
After that, Add rice, broth, tumeric, and salt. Add frozen peas and Bring
to a boil; this may take a few minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until tender and liquid is
absorbed.
Sprinkle with fresh cilantro for a little extra flavor.
Finally, your Indonesian Yellow Rice is ready to serve

Tips :
Dont cook the garlic and shallots too long, it will make the taste isnt good
When in a medium-low cover, normally, it will take 15-20 minutes.

If you want it a little spicy, add black pepper when its ready, dont add it

when you still cooking.
