JOB PURPOSE

This position is responsible for requirement gathering, preparing business requirement documents, test cases and
interactions with the business users for UAT.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
(List the responsibilities/duties associated with the job)
1. Requirement Analysis of product/enhancement under consideration
2. Creation of BRD/Design Docs/Test Cases
3. Unit Testing/System Integration Testing/Help in User Acceptance Testing
4. Co ordination / Team player with vendors as well as business.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

requirements of this job and not the incumbent).
Educational Qualifications and Experience
BE / MCA / MCS (Computer / Electronics / IT) Preferred. Graduate with relevant work experience will also be
considered.
1. Sound knowledge of any one of the Core P & C Insurance Systems
2. Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
3. Ability to understand Insurance Business Operations
4. Expertise on tools like Microsoft Visio
5. Basic understanding of relational database & SQL
Conceptual understanding of SDLC
Good written and verbal communication skills
