Dear Sir,
With reference to above we would like to inform you that a credit facility of OD (WO)
against the mentioned work order has been sanctioned in our favor by UCBL, Banani
Branch. In this connection we have accepted all the terms and conditions of their
sanction advice. As a part of the sanction clause we have executed an IGPA duly
notarized by Notary Public regarding assignment of the bill against the work order.
In this regard you are requested to issue all cheque/pay order against the bill in
favor of UCBL, Banani Branch in the following manner M/s. Al-Arafat Traders, A/C
No. 0902101000004451, United Commercial Bank Ltd., Banani Branch.
Your kind assistance regarding this meter will be highly appreciated.
