compromised the above matter before the village elders. There by the both
parties are intending to settle the above suit before the Honble D.L.S.A,
Ongole. The 1st defendant is already paid an amount of Rs 75,000/(Seventy five thousand only) towards the settlement amount as partly and
the plaintiff is here with filed P.S memo along with this memo.
Hence it is prayed that this Honble court may pleased to refer the
above matter to the Honble D.L.S.A, Ongole for amicable settlement in the
interest of justice.
