    Shield.

    AllhighschoolheadcoachesinthestateofIndianaareeligibleregardlessoftheirschoolsize,leagueordivision.
    Coachesareevaluatedonvariousfactorsincludingthecoachsimpactonhisteam,schoolandcommunity,aswellas
    performanceoftheteam.Thehonoreesareselectedbyapanelofhighschoolfootballmedia,formerathletic
    directorsandotherfootballrepresentativesfromallregionsofthestate.

    EachMonday,followingahighschoolfootballgameweekend,oneheadcoachwillbeannounced.Attheconclusionof
    thehighschoolfootballseason,eachwinningcoachwillreceiveaframedcertificatesignedbyNFLCommissioner
    RogerGoodell,ColtsHeadCoachChuckPagano,ColtsGeneralManagerRyanGrigsonandColtsYouthFootball
    CommissionerMikePrior,aswellasa$1,000donationfromtheNFLFoundation.Inaddition,AnthemBlueCrossand
    BlueShieldwillcontribute$1,000fortheschoolsathleticfund.
