Dear Parents/Guardians:
Welcome to another school year! I am so looking forward to
working both you and your student over the course of this semester. I
am Taylor Gouw and I will be teaching Social Studies 8, 9 and 10 at St.
Marys School until December 18, 2015.
If you ever have any questions/concerns about the class, or
anything you would like to discuss please feel free to contact me by

will be working alongside my teacher mentor Mr. Mark Boschee who

I grew up on a farm just outside of Skiff and I attended school at
Foremost School, before attending the U of L. I love the community and
environment that is able to develop in a rural school setting and cant
wait to join the St. Marys community. At the U of L I was a part of the
University Dance Team for two years, I was also able to teach dance for
three years following graduation at my former dance studio, Dance
Images. This allowed me to experience my first foray into teaching I
have loved every moment of it since. I am completing my final
practicum and semester at the University of Lethbridge for my B.A./B.
Ed this fall.
I am very excited for this semester and will do my very best to
make it a successful class for your student! I hope they are able to
learn as much from it as I am sure to!
