    ORDER
    On May 2, 2013, the Hon. Ma. Lourdes F.
    Tolentino, Pairing Judge, Branch 02, Municipal Trial
    Court in Cities, City of San Fernando, Pampanga
    directed the transmittal of the records of this case to
    the Regional Trial Court following a Notice of Appeal
    duly filed. The Appeal was filed by the DefendantAppellant, through counsel, Atty. Domingo C. San
    Jose, Jr.

    On May 20, 2013, the entire record of this case


    was raffled to this Court.
    Pursuant to Section 7, par. (b), Rule 40 of the
    1997
    Rules of Civil Procedure as amended, the
    Defendant-Appellant is hereby directed to file her
    Memorandum within fifteen (15) days from receipt
    hereof.

    Likewise, the Plaintiffs-Appellees are given fifteen


    (15) days from receipt of the Defendant-Appellant's

    Administrative Order No. 28-2009.
