Dear Sheikh,
With reference to the above mentioned subject and as per the letter ref:
Swa/sb/gy/2015/1101/20320, dated 23th July 2015
Swa/sb/gy/2015/1101/20360, dated 27th July 2015,
Please be inform that you we already send above mentioned letter to
Power Line Engineering regarding to renew advance payment guarantee
and Insurance policy and we had a meeting with PLQ in the Seikh office on
Sunday (16th August 2015) regarding this issue but PLQ did not renew it
until this date. This is Contractors responsibility to renew the above said
Advance Payment Guarantee & Insurance policy with pursuant to clause
22, 23 and 24 in Qatar Condition of Contract. Please do the necessary
action against PLQ
