A 50 years old male comes to hospital of yellowish eyes with nausea and

fatique, a general feeling of being unwell and vague discomfort in their upper
right abdomen for 3 weeks. He was an obese patient. His height was 160 cm and
weight 100 kg. He had history of high blood trigliceride levels and hingh blood
cholesterol level. He also an alcoholic drunken.
