This property is at present mortgaged with the ICICI Bank, Cuttack.


The borrower No.1 Dr. Nalini Kanta Swain had availed a housing
loan in the year 2004 and repaying regularly. After closure of this
loan the property will be mortgaged with us. This mortgage loan will
be utilized for the repayment of ICICI Banks loan.

Brief History: Dr. Nalini Kanta Swain is at present posted as
Reader in Commerce, F.M. Autonomous College, Balasore. He has
acquired good reputation. He is economically sound. He had helped
our branch in mobilizing sizable deposit from F.M. autonomous
College. We are all hopeful of getting more deposits in the future
days. Further he is drawing as per old pay scale. He is expecting
new pay scale within 3 months. By this his salary income will be
about Rs.75,000 -80,000 per month.

recommend this proposal for sanction of a term loan under Kaling
Mortgage Loan Scheme amounting to Rs.22.58 lakhs.

REPORT

We have physically verified the property of Dr. Nalini Kanta Swain


and Smt. Meenati Swain on 3-5-2010. The property belongs to Mouza- Bag
Brundaban, Unit No.15, Khata No. 259/497, Plot No. 934/20/6 ( A0.085
Dec). On this plot a double storied building is constructed. The building is
in a prime location. The valuation report given by the valuer is realistic.
Further we had verified the records from D.S.R., Balasore and
Tahasildar, Balasores Office and found that the records are in order.
