Please stand to say the pledge of Allegiance with your class
Boys volleyball played their most complete game thus far this season yesterday
against Delta Vista. Good serves by Adam S in the first game contributed to a
25-6 score. The second game was much closer but Adams prevailed 25-23. The
highlight of the game was a tremendous block by Anthony F to win the game.
The teams record is now 6-1. Come out and support the team for their next
home game against Excelsior on Tuesday Sept. 8 at 3:45.

The Third Annual Back in Black and Gold Dance is coming! This years theme is
The All American Fair. The dance will be from 3:00-5:00pm in the gym on
September 11. The spirit day will be red, white, and blue. Tickets are $6.00 and
go on sale September 8-11th before and after school at the student office
window. Permission slips will be available in advisory and you must have a
permission slip to buy a ticket. We will have a DJ, photo booth, bounce house,
and tons of carnival games! Dont miss it! (9/11)
Adams has a new award called the #icanhelp award. This award will go to a
student, teacher, administrator, or staff member that you nominate!. The
nominee should be friendly, kind, and always helping out. To vote, there will be
ballot boxes and papers in the library. Write the name of the person and why
you are nominating them and put in the correct box. The winner will be
announced every other Monday and they get to write their name on our school
#icanhelp shirt in the library. Plus, they get a candy bar of their choice! Lets get
out there and do some good! (9/25)
