UNIT COST (Php)

1) Supply, deliver & install 1 unit genset,

275kva standby power, 220v, 3, 60 Hz,
complete with all standard instrumentation
panel and a generator control unit for the
automatic start (with ATS) of the generator
during power interruption. The prime mover
shall be a diesel engine with sufficient rating to
drive the generator at full load capacity, water
cooled. The genset shall be in a soundproofed, all weather metal enclosure with the
appropriate original factory paint. The unit shall
be mounted on a steel skid base frame with set
mounted tropical radiator with fan assembly.

2) The installation works shall include but not

be limited to the following:
2.1 Installation of appropriate mounting
bolts to secure the unit in place.
2.2 Installation of exhaust
pipe extension so that only 1.00m of it is
outside the powerhouse building line.

Installation of equipment grounding as per
Manufacturers specifications.

Supply, deliver and install, 1 unit automatic

transfer switch(ATS) with ratings to match the
above-mentioned genset, solenoid type in
NEMA 1 enclosure.

Installation works shall include but not be limited to

the following:
4.1
Dismantling of existing defective ATS including
wirings and accessories.
4.2 Mounting of new ATS and provide
connections for loads and control wirings from ATS
to genset control panel.
4.3 All wirings shall be as per Manufacturers
specs and should suit actual field conditions.

The above contract shall include the following:

5.1 Complete testing to include simulation of power
failure, that is, transfer of power from normal to
genset and vice versa.
5.2 Training of select NHA maintenance personnel.
5.3 Free quarterly check up and preventive
maintenance until end of warranty.
5.4 Warranty shall be one(1) year or 1,000 running
hours, whichever comes first.
5.5 CONTRACT DURATION: 60 calendar days
upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
