NOTED AND RESUBMIT NOTES TO CONTRACTOR: (1) Notification to proceed or receipt of information does not constitute acceptance nor relieve Contractor of any liability. Acceptance is accomplished under the terms of the Contract/Purchase Order. (2) Changes or additions to any document must be reflected in its revision block by an appropriated revision indication. (3) If the data being resubmitted by the Employers Representative supersedes previously submitted data, indication of the replaced document number must appear in or near the revision block or on the Transmittal.
