A. Fixed Resources
1. Land (Place)
The Restiture will be built in a 300 square meter land. The
place will have two business type rooms (one for the
employees and another for the owners), a rest room and the
remaining area is to be allotted for the 10 furniture that are to
be displayed and used the customers who are going to buy
them.
2. Waiters/Assemblers
Three waiters/assemblers are to be hired to work for the
Restiture. Their main work is to assemble the ordered
furniture, whether online or from the catalog, and see to it
that they meet all requests of the customers. They will also be
the one to serve the customers during the reserved date.
3. Chefs
Two chefs are to be hired to cook for the Restiture. Since
dinners are to be reserved and set before the date, the chefs
are to prepare the requests of every customer.
4. Webpage
The webpage to be set-up by the owners will contain the
furniture catalog and the menu for the reserved dinner, the
day they are going to test the furniture they ordered.
5. Dishes (Plates) , Glasses and Utensils
The dishes and glasses are to be used by the customers
during the dinner. There will be 40 sets of dishes, glasses and
utensils available for the use of customers.
B. Variable Resources
1. Furniture
The furniture (10 only) to be used in the Restiture is the
ones ordered online by the customers. The furniture is to be
used only by the customer who ordered it and when the
customer is satisfied, they can take their furniture home.

2. Food (Appetizer, Soup, Main Dish, Dessert, and Drinks)


The food that is to be served to the customers is preordered even before the customers arrive at the Restiture. In
setting the dinner at Restiture, they are asked to choose their
full course (appetizer, soup, main dish, dessert, and drinks)
3. Cleaning Materials
The cleaning materials are to be used for the maintenance
of the Restiture. It will consist of materials used in cleaning
the Restiture itself like Lysol (for disinfection of surfaces),
Dishwashing Liquid (for the dishes), Cleaning cloth, etc.
