OUR ADVICE TO BANK Ø Bank should provide an internet user id in both language at time of opening account with a safeguard kit (Anti- hacking soft etc.) Ø All records related to the A/C should be send to customer weekly or monthly. Ø Bank should provide a MASTER or VISA card . Ø All update form should be available on net. For example: address change form, cheque
request form, credit card form etc.
Ø Ø Cont… Ø All facilities like online shopping, online money transfer, statement of customer account, complaint form etc. should be provided online. Ø ATM should be multi-purpose so that customer who hasn’t computer can operate their account from there.
