PRESENT PROBLEMS
1. All process is done manually its time
consuming.
2. Manually process consist chances of errors.
3. All time bank employee can get busy with
customer.
4. At closing time bank can be with heavy work
load.
5. No instant communication & transaction
between branches.

OUR ADVICE TO BANK
Ø Bank should provide an internet user id in both
language at time of opening account with a
safeguard kit (Anti- hacking soft etc.)
Ø All records related to the A/C should be send to
customer weekly or monthly.
Ø Bank should provide a MASTER or VISA card .
Ø All update form should be available on net.
For example: address change form, cheque

request form, credit card form etc.

Ø All facilities like online shopping, online
money transfer, statement of customer
account, complaint form etc. should be
provided online.
Ø ATM should be multi-purpose so that customer
who hasn’t computer can operate their
account from there.
Ø Establish an ERP type of software to connect
with customer, employee, and its own
branches ,if possible.
