Tournament Details Order of Merit

The VGT Amateur Spring Championship is an 18- Order of Merit (OOM) points will be awarded in each
Hole stroke play Championship for male and female Amateur Flight based on gross score. Amateur OOM
Amateur Golfers (0-18 RCGA factor). is based on the following point system:

Full Field Size: 100 players 1st Place: 1500 pts 11 place: 200 pts

Amateur Payout: Top 6 Gross Scores in 2nd Place: 1100 pts 12 place: 180 pts
th
Championship Flight win prizes. Top three Gross 3rd Place: 900 pts 13 place: 160 pts
th
and three Net scores in Flights A, B & C win prizes. 4th Place: 800 pts 14 place: 140 pts
th
5th Place: 700 pts 15 place: 120 pts
th
6th Place: 600 pts 16 place: 100 pts
Eligibility 7th Place: 500 pts
th
17 place: 80 pts
Priority will be given to those in the Preferred 8th Place: 400 pts
th
18 place: 60 pts
Membership category. Basic Members are eligible to 9th Place: 300 pts
th
19 place: 40 pts
th
play as long as the field is not full with Preferred 10th Place: 250 pts 20 place: 20 pts

Basic Member: $150 plus GST
