A) New Technics:
Reverse Hook Kick, Tornado Kick, Jump Reverse Crescent Kick
B) Balance:
Six Count Side Kick (Head level)
Six Count Round Kick (Head level)
C) Combinations:
1) Reverse hook kick, Back leg round kick, Back punch
2) Offensive front leg hook kick, Back leg front kick, Reverse hook
kick, Back punch
3) Back punch, Front reverse hook kick, Back punch
4) Back leg round kick, Tornado kick, Reverse hook kick, Ridge hand

E) Breaking:

F) Sparring:
Controlled hand techniques to the head are now allowed Trips are
allowed, at the instructors discretion. You must have the
required safety equipment on in order to spar in class. Safety is a
must. There will be no exceptions.
