ORDER

AND NOW, this 3rd day of March, 2010, following an unrecorded telephone

conference with counsel on March 1, 2010, it is hereby ORDERED as follows:

1. The trial scheduled for March 29, 2010 is postponed.

2. The trial is now scheduled for April 8, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom 3A, and

will continue through April 16, 2010, except for April 13, 2010. If necessary, the trial will

resume on April 26 - 27, 2010.

3. The final pretrial conference scheduled for March 25, 2010 is cancelled, and will

be rescheduled after receipt of pretrial memos and any pretrial motions.

4. If both parties are desirous of a judicial officer supervising settlement discussions,

counsel shall advise the Court as promptly as possible.
