IV. Approval of minutes from last meeting

V. Executive Session
VI. Open Issues:
a) Treasurer Report (Tara)
• Review Financials for November, December and January
o Southern Health insurance is going to cost $3400.00/month
o (3) more K3 in January
o (1) more in K4 in January
o (27) tags have been taken off the tree totaling $2,403.00. Have
already had $1,247.00 turned in.
b) Facilities & Transportation (Chad)
• Brian Blake is going to come in and fix the water fountain.
• We have (2) light covers damaged in the gym.
• (2) toilets in the girls bathroom are not working properly.
• Have play equipment that needs to be put together and put out on the
playground.
• Chad is looking in to having someone coming in over Christmas break
to clean floors in classrooms and hallways.
• We have $600.00 to go towards the MS/HS play area.
• Need to set up a Saturday workday.
• Motion made to sell the property on Flanagan Drive to Shaw
Development for $525,000.00 pending Shaw financing and release
of interest in the deed of trust by (3) note holders, seconded and all
in favor.
c) Fund Raising Report (Grant)
January 28th – Chick-Fil-A from 5pm-10pm
d) Marketing Report (Rebecca)
• 1st nine weeks Honor roll list has been turned into the Roanoke Times.
• Ownership dinner – Pot luck dinner February 22nd 6pm
e) Communications (Mark)
• Matt Linkous has access to Website to update sports info.
 f) Vision & Strategy (Tim)
g) Academic Affairs Report (Sheena)
• Looking into new Math and Science curriculum
• Wanting to start meeting with MS parents to start preparing kids for MS
h) Administrator’s Report (Sheena)
i) Capital Campaign (Terri)
j) Personnel Report (Curtis)
• Looking into a probationary period for all new employees
