    Marol Naka Post office on 18-08-2015.
    Dear sir,
    I enclose Xerox copy of Registered A. D. form received from Marol Naka Post Office on
    03-09-1025 which is not acknowledged by Addressee. I mean it not signed by addressee in
    token of having received my Registered A. D. letter.
    Details of my Registered A. D. letter are as under:
    1). Addressee

    Bldg. no. A/1, Romm no. 315/316, 3nd Floor,
    Wadala Truck Terminal, Near RTO Office,
    Wadala(East), Mumbai 400 037.

    2). Addressor

    : A. G. Vhora. (Address as above).

    3). Amount paid : Rs. 40


    4). Receipt no.

    Weight : 62 grams.

    : A RM566207389IN dated 18-08-2015. (Copy enclosed).

    In this connection, I have to inform you that I have received Registered A. D. from Marol
    Naka P.O. on 03-09-2015 but it is not acknowledged by the addressee with their stamp.
    It is not clear from A.D. Form received, whether my registered A. D. letter had been
    delivered or not. If delivered to whom, where is acknowledgement of addressee with
    signature and stamp?
    Please note that in case of registered A. D. service provided post office, you must get the
    proper acknowledgement of addressee before delivering letter to addressee, If you are not
    able get proper acknowledgement, you cannot deliver letter and have to return it back to
    addressor. I have not received back my registered A. D. letter back.
    Please arrange to get acknowledgement of addressee or confirm in writing that you have
    delivered the said letter to correct person to whom it is addressed or return my Registered

    A. D. letter in tact. I require this so as to keep with me as proof in case of legal approach
    with some related person in future.
    Please do the needful at the earliest. Please treat this as urgent.
