c. 1200 960 = 240 customer number of orders waiting to be picked.
d. (960 + 240) 720 = 480 customer number of orders waiting to be picked.
e. If Pack Orders doubled to 120 customer/hour the maximum output will
be : 120 x 12 = 1440 customer/day
It has impact on b, and the pack orders worktime will be faster.
