Our vision is founded upon key values - Ambition,

Respect, Responsibility and Pride. These underpin the
attitudes, relationships, work and lives of all members of
Armthorpe Academy and its community.
We insist upon a relentless focus upon excellence in
learning and achievement, supported by ambitious
expectations. Our aim is to maximise individual potential
and ensure that all young people invest in their learning
and are well equipped to meet the challenges of education,
work and life.
We believe that every member of the school community
matters, and we are entirely committed to the provision of
a safe, caring, inclusive and supportive environment.
Respect for the individual, parity of esteem and celebration
of success at all levels are given the highest priority.
We expect every academy member to demonstrate a sense
of responsibility for his or her own :

the academy.
