Company Background

It was founded by Ardeshir Godrej and Pirojsha Godrej in 1897.


It operates in sectors as diverse as real estate, consumer products,
industrial engineering, appliances, furniture, security and agricultural
products.
In GCPL, as of 2013 there were 2187 permanent employees and 3450
contract employees.
Attrition rate is around 13% constantly.
