Mohamed Ashraf Sayed completed an internship in the Maintenance Department under the supervision of Eng. Osman Ahmed. During the internship, Mohamed performed various mechanical tasks including checking and replacing brake pads, filters, and other parts. He also adjusted components like the suspension system, tire pressure, and engine timing belt. Through the internship, Mohamed learned the importance of thorough visual inspections and checking parts to identify problems accurately before replacing components. His recommendations include providing training sessions for interns on common vehicle issues and clarifying the workflow of the maintenance center.

Lessons learned by the Intern:
1-the first step to diagnose a problem is by doing a visual inspection not by replacing the part directly. 2-Some parts in the vehicle systems need to be checked thoroughly to identify the exact problem and not to leave it for guessing. 3-One should be careful while dealing with some certain faults in vehicle. Such as replacing the clutch disk and pressure plate . 4- If one is not sure that the source of a problem is part X then he should return to the Workshop Engineer who would return to the Technical support in turn. 5-the client has the right to have a look on what part has to be replaced in his car before taking any decision regarding this part.
Recommendations for future ones:
1-there should be training sessions for interns during their internship period .these sessions may discuss the usual problems that appear a lot in the company vehicles and clients always complain about. 2-the work flow of the maintenance center should be clarified a bit because not all the interns have an internship experience before.
