Job Shadowing: Pacific Islands Club

2014

Before job shadowing at the Pacific Islands Club I only knew what happens in the Front Desk
section of the hotel. Working here I was able to cover every department in two days! From
front desk, to my favorite food and beverage, and as well as recreational.
The workers at both restaurants said I had a great personality and bonded well with the guests
Recreational activities such as water polo was fun because you gather guests to play with
others and you get to interact as well as play the game

Junior Achievement

2014

Junior Achievement is a non-profit organization that teaches teens in high school how to
build a company from the bottom to the top. At the end of the program, you and your group
have to liquidate your company.
In this experience I served as a spokesperson for our product.
I was able to present our company to many different successful businesses on Guam.
I had to know the company that we built to the core to persuade customers to buy into our
product, and was able to get many companies on board.

We became successful and won 3rd place, but had the most money given out on stocks.
All the hard work paid off because I was Achiever of the year.
