Description of activities performed

1st week
First week of my internship at u fone was entirely the training week. During that week of
internship the company managers gave us orientation about the company. They described
what they are doing and what they are planning to do in future.
After going to office on Wednesday morning at 9:00 sharp I went to see the customer
services manager Mr.Adnan Ibrahim who asked me about my self and then told me about
the customer care department. Then he introduced me to miss sadia Mushtaq, who is the
incharge service centre. She further introduced me to the whole team and associated me
with miss mahrukh, the customer services executive for training purpose.
