TIP - HOW TO FOLD THE WING

Pattern glued to skin

To fold wing, stick pattern to the plastic skin

of one side of the blue foam with spray adhesive.
Put a piece of fiber tape along the fold line of the
pattern side. Remove skin from inside. Cut out 45 degree
groove, but dont cut all the way through. Then use a
small tube or rod and mash the foam down to relieve some of
the pressure of the fold. You might want to sand
the taper to the trailing edges before doing the above
procedure. I used a hot glue gun and ran a bead of glue
along the groove and quickly folded one side at a time over
and held it flat till the glue cooled. Carefully peel the pattern
and skin from wing.
