guests. Students from our school collaborate with the preparation,
management, and fulfillment of all orders.

The DLC Catering Courtesy experience provides

students with opportunities to explore career options
within the food service industry. Students investigate
food safety and sanitation, implement culinary
preparation skills, investigate menu development,
and explore entrepreneurial alternatives.
This Family and Consumer Sciences program
allows students to gain valuable life and career
skills through hands-on learning opportunities.
