The purpose of this special problem is to compare satisfaction of students on the
University canteen. It shows that satisfaction of students on quality service providers location and
environment and promotion was at a moderate level. The price is extremely satisfied by the student.
The gender and frequency in visiting canteen per week had no effect on the satisfaction of students. On
the other hand, the age and class levels significantly affected price, service and quality.
