This matter having been brought before this Court by plaintiff PS&S Engineering, Inc.

improperly identified as Paulus, Sokolowski and Sartor Engineering, P.C. (hereinafter "plaintiff')
by way of summons and complaint against defendant White Acre Equities, LLC (hereinafter
"defendant") for claims of unjust enrichment, breach of contract and the covenant of good faith and

fair dealing, and plaintiff having appeared for trial on July 21, 2010 before The Honorable Ira
Gammerman, JHO (hereinafter "Gammerman") and defendant having failed to appear for said trial,
and as set forth in the transcript of said trial dated July 21, 2010 (hereinafter "transcript") wherein

Gammerman having stricken defendant's answer and directing the clerk to enter a judgment in

favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant for the sum of $70,042.39 together with costs,
disbursements and with interest to run at twelve percent beginning from October 30, 2007 to the
