LIQUIDIZED SUGAR SOLUTION TREASURE DROP

Freedom from all sickness and diseases & Cover the earth
WHAT IS TREASURE DROP?
A designer sweetener which is a natural sugar replacement derived from Sugar Cane Extract.
Through the Special Flavour Carrier Factor (SFC), it contains only a small percentage (0.21%) of
high intensity sucralose also known as E955 (a derivative from Sugar Cane Extract), imported from
Australia and the balance is only distilled water. This is the only E955 in the world that through a
Special Flavour Carrier Factor (SFC) sweetens and enhances the natural avour of food and
beverages. This is free from and does not contain Saccharin, Aspartame, Sucrose, Monosaccharide
and Additives. Has No Cholesterol, No Calories, No Carbohydrate, No Protein, No Sugar and has
Zero Glycemic Index.
WHAT IS E955 AND HOW IS IT MADE?
E955 is the food code of Sucralose. It is an intense sweetener used widely by the food, beverage
and pharmaceutical industries. It is approximately 600 times sweeter than sugar (2 times sweeter
than Saccharin, 3.3 times sweeter than Aspartame, 2.4 times sweeter than Stevia) and is the rst,
and only sweetener that is actually derived from sugar cane. Sucralose activates the same taste
buds as sugar on your tongue. In a patented multi stage process three of the hydroxyl groups in the
sucrose molecule are selectively substituted with 3 atoms of chlorine. This intensies the sugar like
taste while creating a safe, stable low joule sweetener with zero calories.
Sucralose activates the same taste buds as sugar on your tongue and is well recognized as having a
taste prole very close to that of sugar and this, together with its heat and acid stability have made
it a versatile and compatible sweetener for the beverage industry in particular and the food
industry in general.
WHAT IS CHLORINE AND IS IT A PROBLEM IN CONSUMING E955?
Chlorine, in the form of chloride, is in virtually all foods and beverages that we eat everyday and
in most natural water supplies. The body needs chlorine to function: chloride is essential in
maintaining a proper balance of uids and minerals in the body. E955 (Sucralose) is derived from
sugar cane extract through a process that selectively substitutes three atoms of chlorine for three
hydroxyl groups on the sucrose molecule. The tightly bound chlorine atoms create a molecular
structure that is exceptionally stable and is approximately 600 times sweeter than sugar. The
molecular structure of E955 (Sucralose) is quite different from chlorinated compounds (Chlorinated
Monosaccharides) that cause effects on fertility and the nervous system. In addition extremely
toxic chlorinated compounds such as pesticides or other chlorinated hydrocarbons are well
absorbed by the body and accumulate in fatty tissues. However E955 (Sucralose) which is a
chlorinated carbohydrate is non-toxic, is poorly absorbed by the body and does not accumulate in
fatty issues.

WHERE IS E955 USED?

Because of its unique sensory and functional characteristics, it is used across a broad spectrum of
the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. In addition to its sugar like taste, E955 is also
extremely stable and maintains its sweetness even when exposed to high temperature processing
such as pasteurization, sterilization, UHT processing and baking. It remains stable in food products
throughout extended periods of storage even at low pH and is non-carcinogenic.
HOW IS E955 HANDLED BY THE BODY?
Although E955 (Sucralose) is derived from sucrose it is not perceived by the body as a
carbohydrate. E955 (Sucralose) is not broken down during its passage through the body, it is not
dechlorinated or hydrolyzed, but rather excreted.
IS E955 SAFE?
Yes. More than 100 safety studies, representing over 20 years of research, have shown E955
(Sucralose) to be safe. Scientists have conducted many studies on E955 (Sucralose) to determine
whether it had any effects on a number of different health conditions, including growth and
development, risk of cancer, chemical effects on the body(or toxicology),
developmental abnormalities such as birth defects, and effects on the nervous system.
Experts from a wide range of scientic backgrounds have reviewed these studies and concluded
that there are no harmful effects from consuming E955 (Sucralose), even in people consuming the
highest amounts. Based on its strong safety background, experts, researchers, and government
bodies agree that people can consume a variety of foods and beverages sweetened with E955
(Sucralose) on a daily basis without concern.
Global Safety Recognition
E955 (Sucralose) is approved for use in over 100 countries. In the United States, the U.S. Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) must approve all food additives before they can be used in foods
and beverages. The FDA approved E955 (Sucralose) for certain food and beverage categories in
1998, and expanded the approval to all food and beverage categories in 1999. Examples of
government and scientic groups that have reviewed sucraloses safety include:

European Union Scientic Committee on Food (SCF)

U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
Food Standards Australia/New Zealand (FSANZ)
Health Protection Branch of Health and Welfare Canada
(Food and Agriculture Organization/World Health Organization) Joint Expert Committee on
Food Additives (JECFA)
Japans Ministry of Health and Welfare

IS E955 SAFE FOR EVERYBODY?

No population group has been excluded from using sucralose. It is appropriate for any person
wishing to reduce sugar or caloric intake. There are no warning labels or information statements
required for products sweetened with sucralose that would preclude its consumption by any
segment of the population.
IS IT SAFE TO CONSUME MORE E955 SUCRALOSE THAN THE ADI?

It is possible to exceed the ADI for sucralose or any other sweetener on a given day. However
this does not pose a safety concern since the ADI is not a safety limit. The ADI represents an
amount of food additive that, even if consumed on a daily basis throughout a person's lifetime
would still be considered safe by a wide margin.
IS E955 SAFE FOR PEOPLE WITH DIABETES?
E955 (Sucralose) is safe for people with diabetes and impaired glucose tolerance. E955 (Sucralose)
is not recognised by the body as a carbohydrate and has no effect on blood sugar or insulin levels.
The use of commercial products made with E955 (Sucralose) may allow diabetics to cut back
signicantly on their intake of sugar. Because E955 (Sucralose) can be used in a wide variety of
foods and beverages it may allow people with diabetes to eat foods traditionally restricted in their
diets. Diabetes Australia supports the use of E955 (Sucralose) as an alternate sweetener for people
with diabetes.
DOES E955 CAUSE WEIGHT GAIN?
No. Several studies have shown that low-calorie sweeteners can actually aid in weight loss
and/or weight management. For example, researchers in one study found that when foods and
beverages containing E955 (Sucralose) were used as part of a program to reduce calorie intake and
increase levels of physical activity, overweight children were able to slow their rate of weight gain.
CAN PREGNANT AND LACTATING WOMEN CONSUME SUCRALOSE?
E955 (Sucralose) can be used by all individuals including pregnant women and nursing mothers.
Animal studies have found that E955 (Sucralose) is not actively transported across the placenta or
across the mammary gland into breast milk. Because absorption of E955 (Sucralose) in to the blood
stream is minimal, the amount that passively crosses these barriers is extremely small. Of course, it
is important for all pregnant women to consult with their doctors regarding nutritional needs
during pregnancy.
IS E955 SAFE FOR CHILDREN?
Yes. There is no evidence that E955 (Sucralose) is at all harmful to children. In fact, E955 (Sucralose)
can be part of the solution to the growing problem of childhood obesity by helping to reduce
calories from sugar. Foods containing E955 (Sucralose), including low-fat avored milk, yogurt,
juices, and pudding, can be included in a healthful meal plan for children & adolescents to help
ensure they are getting all the necessary nutrients, while not getting a lot of extra calories.
DOES E955 CAUSE TOOTH DECAY?
No, it does not cause cavities. The bacteria in plaque do not break down or eat sucralose, and
therefore the acids that can lead to cavities do not form. E955 (Sucralose) does not increase the
growth of bacteria in the mouth and does not promote tooth decay.
HOW MUCH E955 MAY PEOPLE CONSUME?
The FDA, the joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additive (JECFA), and other
regulatory bodies including FSANZ use the concept of an Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI) for many
food additives, including aspartame. The ADI represents an intake level that if maintained each day
throughout a person's lifetime would be considered very safe. The ADI for sucralose has been set at
15 milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg) of body weight by the FDA and JECFA. FSANZ uses ADI to
determine the safe use of food additives including E955 (Sucralose). You need more than 20 bottles
of A&M Treasure Drop in order to reach even the ADI.
