GROUP REPORTING/VIDEO PRESENTATION FORMAT AND GUIDELINES

1. Opening Prayer. Read the quote from the Scriptures or the Magisterium found at
the beginning of the chapter topic in the Catechism for Filipino Catholics.
Afterwards, a self-composed opening prayer will be read.
2. Opening/Introduction. Identify the topic to be treated and relates it to other
pertinent topics in the Catechism, particularly to the topics immediately preceding
and following.
3. Context. Discuss and relate the general topic within our specific Filipino
situation, particularly to the general practice of law in the country, with its
particular problems, attitudes, values, and weaknesses.
4. Exposition. Present the essential content of the topic as drawn from (1)
Scripture and (2) Church teaching, and related directly to the (3) concrete human
experience of todays Filipino Catholic. This is the main part of the report.
5. Integration. Offer one explicit example of interrelating the doctrinal, moral and
worship dimensions of the chapters topic. Thus, the Integration responds to a
key directive of the NCDP which proposes the constant interrelating of Doctrine,
Morals and Worship to bring out Faiths experiential reality more intensely and
more vividly.
Offer also two or three examples of how the basic doctrines of the topic can help
your classmates/audience become better Filipino Christian lawyers in the future.
6. Questions from Student-Panelists/Open Forum.
7. Comments/Evaluations/Additional Remarks/Inputs from the Professor.
8. Closing Prayer.
