for witnessing tensile test and chemical analysis of the identified sample as per
the details mentioned in email dated /02/2015.

2. Witnessed tensile testing of above mentioned sample as per the IS 2062 Gr.250A specification
and ultimate tensile strength, percentage of elongation and yield strength values found meeting the
specification requirement, satisfactory.
3. Witnessed chemical chemical analysis testing, composition found meeting the IS2062 E250A
specification requirements, satisfactory.
4. Please refer enclosed report for details of test values.

Universal testing machine serial number: 170-0507, verified calibration validity found in order, certificate
number: UT/2014-15/S/C/140, validity till 04/09/2015.
