Facts & Findings:
Developments within the project include concrete roads, underground drainage system, electrical, water distribution system, clubhouse with swimming pool- with a total development percentage about 98% completed. On June 16, 2015 at 9:30 oclock in the morning, the Monitoring Unit of HLURB-Region 3 conducted ocular inspection on the subdivision premises and the following observations were noted: 1. The development of the project is on its final stage. 2. Perimeter fence is almost 1.5 meter high but since the subdivision is elevated to at least 1.8 meters, more or less, it is recommended that the height of the fence must be elevated to at least 3.0 meters in order to secure the premises of the subdivision to address the reported serious security concerns/problems of homeowners from the surrounding communities of illegal settlers. 3. The entrance side walk was encroached by the commercial establishment built on the corner of Jose Abad Santos Avenue and the road leading to Entrance Gate. 4. Several roads need repairs due to cracks and deterioration. 5. A security guard is on duty during inspections. 6. Some of the mercury lights of the electric posts are defective and busted. A small service door located in Block 1 reportedly being used by Caltex workers to gain access to the subdivision premises is likewise recommended to be permanently closed for security reasons.
