VBE varies at a rate of -2mV/degC, where as the VT=KT/q varies at a rate of


+0.086mV/degC. So to generate a constant voltage the multiplication factor
has of the order of 23.25; which means for a diode ratio of 1:8, ln(8)=2.079.
The other part of the multiplication factor (11.18) has to come from resistor
ratio of the some gain amplifiers.
The PTAT current is KT/q*ln(r)/R, where R is a resistor in the diode arm.
VBE=IR=KT/q*ln(n).
o Increasing the n, helps reduce the R and in turn reduce the noise.
o For a given R and n, increasing the current reduces the noise.
