DUTIES:
Operate, maintain and repair I 1000 f{P boilers in steam plant as situation allows on
natural gas diesel or yellow grease, observe plant operations through electronic
pneumatic and mechanical controls, observe all safety devices, pressure gauges,
conhollers also monitor air and gas in fire box and stock along with nox co no coming
from stack making sure they meet AQMD standards. Make adjusfinents and repairs when
needed also do water analysis such as sulphite phosphanate iron hardness PH and TDS
levels. Adjust and maintain repair compressors, softeners, scrubber pumps, conveyors,
cooling towerso electric motors, fans plumbing. Supervise and train maintenance
personnel.

SKILLS:
Operate all hand power tools. Weld with MIG TIG ARC inner shield sub ARC a OXY
Acetelyn to AWS and ASME standards. Proficient plumbing fabrication, electrical 120 to
480 volts and carpentry, Can operate heavy equipment such as bob cats, front loaders,
backhoes, and small cftmes.
