    JOINT is a student activity unit, consisting of international organizations at the University of
    Tanjungpura, one of the International organization under the role of JOINT is AIESEC UNTAN.
    JOINT has missions:
    fostering an international atmosphere in the environment of Tanjungpura University,

    playing an active role in developing the field of education, the environment, social and cultural
    to the international scale.
    In JOINT, I served as staff of HRD (Human Resource Development). My job description here is to
    help developing JOINT's members to become a member who has the soul of a leader, active,
    creative, critical, and has a global mindset, those through programs that has planned by HRD team. I
    enrolled as staff of HRD since early March 2015, so far the achievement that I did until this May
    2015 in JOINT:
    participated in Info Session Cargill Scholarship,
    welcoming exchange students from UNIMAS (University of Malaysia).
