FalconPalooza Shirts 2015

*Remember all students will receive a FREE school t-shirt. This is a separate
order for anyone (kids or adults) who would like to purchase a Falconpalooza
(FallFest) specialty t-shirt! The t-shirt design is below.
Falconpalooza is Saturday, October 10 from 11am until 3 pm. Order your
shirts, now! Please return your completed order form and cash or check (payable
to Forest Ridge PTO) to your childs teacher by Friday, September 18th.
