Dear St. Mark Family,
St. Mark Catholic School Council will be holding a Welcome Back to School Family BBQ on
September 24th as part of our Open House Night. Families are invited to come to the school and
enjoy a BBQ picnic and take the opportunity to meet their child/childrens teacher (s). We
encourage families to tour the school, meet the teachers and view classrooms. Our BBQ will run
from 5-6pm. Our Open House will begin at 6:00pm with a welcome assembly in the gym.
Students will go home via their regular transportation at the end of the day, as there will be
no supervision after school hours.
In order to assist us with food preparations, we kindly ask that you fill out the food order below,
detach and return it to the school along with the money by Friday, September 18th.
We are looking forward to spending time with your family during our BBQ and Open House.
We hope that many of you will find the time to participate in this event. The money raised will
go towards benefitting your child/childrens experiences at St. Mark this year.
