    ofartworktocreate,andthestudentsdidanawesomejobon
    theirfirstportraitofthetrimesterwithoutinstructiononproportions
    oftheface.Ratherthaninstructionontechnique,wefocusedon
    characteristicsofwhoweare.Studentsincludedthreesymbolsor
    characteristics,whichtheyfeltdefinedthem.Seeifyoucan
    identifywhatthoseareineachselfportrait.

    Aswemakewayintothetrimester,wewilltalkaboutcelebrating
    ourpersonalstyleineachofourworksofart.Inaddition,wewill
    continuouslytalkaboutgrowth.Beingabletovisualizehowmuch
    wegrowistrulypowerful.Todoso,studentswillcreateanother
    selfportraitandhavetheopportunitytoseehowfartheyve
    come.
