Relaxation- Stretch and yawn

Stretch downward 3 times, bend over, with head and arms dangling.
Stand up slowly stacking vertabrae

Allow head foward and up, allow torso releasing in length and width,
weight distributed evenly between feet, knees release, legs away from
pelvis, shoulders out to the sides.
