TEACHERS COMMENTS
Great eye for composition! Placing
your model in better light would
improve the contrast of the facial
features.
Upload your summer work, along
with the work you were re-creating
(title and date included).
Explain what you did well and what
you would improve if doing again.
Upload image of time line along with
explanation of the key points. Talk
specifically about when photography
changed into an art form and why.
CORRECTIONS: photography
occurred in 16th Century
Great photos and background
information. To raise your grade, you
must add more detail. Add an
explanation of HOW the camera
obscura works. Adding a diagram of
this would assist your explanation.
Move this to your foundation page.
A good analysis with well made links
to the context of the posing of family
photography. Be careful when stating
facts colour photography was
invented in the 19thC but wasnt
widely used until the 1960s. Is there
a difference in value between the 2
images? Which would you regard as
more special and why (showing a link
to the status of photography)?
Good but basic comparison of
camera to eye. To get more marks,
you need to go into more detail use
the diagram on the PowerPoint to
assist you.
Thorough and well-explained
description of aperture. Make your
pictures larger so that the detail is
more easily seen.
Add the units of how shutter speed is
measured (fractions or whole
seconds).
