Dear Ms. Sandel:
We have received the first set of your deliverables for the Institutional
Video Project which consists of the script and the first offline draft. After
consideration of the same, we regret to inform you that we are moving to
rescind our agreement. This decision was reached through a consensus
between the Information, Education and Communication Committee and the
Management of the FMB.
We have both contributed to the delay of this project and we fear that
such delay has taken too longfacilitation on both ends are not effective
thus stagnating its progress. Moreover, we think that the host could still
improve his delivery by channeling his enthusiasm and energy. Since this
medium will be showcased to various stakeholders, we wish it to captivate
the audience beyond graphics and photographs. And we believe that the
host can hugely contribute to that if his delivery of the subject matter could
improve. However, as much as we still want to work with you, we could no
longer wait for such improvement as we are bound by deadlines. We
understand that the content of the video is very scientific and technical.
However, we do not see this as an impediment to make the delivery of the
contents entertaining.
Indeed, rescission is our last resort; however, given the undue delay
resulting from the circumstances above-stated, we cannot find any other
modes of settlement.
