1. The subjeted land is not under acquisition for the work of
construction/ widening of Wardha Yavatmal stretch of NH- 361- As
per certificate accorded by Talathi the subjected land is 1.00 Km
away from National Highway No 361 henfce there is no objection of
this office.

2. Government lof Maharashtra, PWD , GR, No. RBD/1081-871/

Road-7, Dtd. 09/03/2001 or the latest guidelines from the
government of Maharashtra shall be followed.
3. The order by Governmet of Maharashtra in this regard with
reference to NHAI, HQ Lr. No. NHAI /12025/6/98-L-PI, Dtd.
22.05.2001 issued shall be followed.
4. The height of the building between the building lines and control
line shall not be more than 13 m and necessary permission for
constructiion of structure between building line and control line shall
be taken from the local authority.
5. No temporary or permanent construction shall be allowed in the
land between the National Highway boundary and building line.
There shall be no encroachment on Government land.
6. A service road between the road boundary and the building line
shall be constructed by the applicant, if desired by the approving
authority.
7. If access from National Highway is required a separate proposal for
the same shall be submitted to the National Highway Authority of
India as per MoRT&H guyidelines and norms. However, it will not be
binding on the NHAI to give the access permission. the NHAI is not
resp9onsible for any site selection whose access is not meeting the
requ9irement of ministry of Road transport & Highwway ( MoRT&H )
guidelines Dtd. 31.08.2000 and subsequent modifications.
8. Strom water, waste water, sewerages and other effluents etc.
generated due to the use of land shall not vbe disposed off within the
road boundary . A sepqrate drainage plan shall be approved.
9. Plantation and rain water harvesting work shall be implemented by
the applicant as per MoEF guideline
