Why do We Need Muscles?

When you were in 4th Grade, did you learned about the human body? I will tell you about the moves,
what does the muscle made of and how you c
ontrol
your muscles. So lets get started!
There are over 640
skeletal muscles
in your body. Every time you move, you use your muscles.
Without them, you could not run, walk, smile or speak.

your skin.

Every time you move, your brain


has to control many muscles at once. Some activities like running

needs 100 muscles work together at the same time. Muscles often work together in pairs. Each
muscles can only pull-it cannot push.
