Classroom Donations: I am still collecting to pay for a
classroom set of Scholastic News. If you are interested
send in a check made payable to scholastic news. You will
get 1 volunteer hour for every $10

Yankee Candle Packets went home today. This
is the BIG fundraiser for our school. Please
help sell the candles. Orders are due
October 2nd.
Students should bring their recorders
to music next week.

Did you know the online textbook offers
a tutor option? If your child is unsure
of how to do their practice page, log
onto the text book, find the chapter and
lesson (listed on the page) go to menu
button (top left) click on resources and
go to the tutor. It will show a video where someone is
solving the problems and explaining how to solve the
problem.

Trafalgar Middle School has asked our school to partner

with them in a Shoe Drive from September 3-October 5.
Please post this information in your newsletter or send out
an e-mail to families. Look at your own homes and bring
in shoes. We are looking for new and used shoes. We
are looking for men, women, adults, children - it does not
matter. Our school has two collection points - a box in
the front office and a box sitting outside Room 220.
