After being under the leadership of a mentor room partner, I was given the
opportunity to mentor my own room partner. I was able to show them how to
manage a classroom and Early Head Start and state required paperwork. I
was trusted to manage my own caseload of four children, giving them
opportunities to learn and grow daily while maintaining proper ratio.

During my time with the restaurant I was trained as a host, seating
customers and filling drink orders and running food as needed. After being
promoted to waitress and bar tender, I was expected to give good customer
service and make sure the customers were comfortable and happy during
their time with us. I was also trusted with cash drawers and the office key.
